The type of files that may be uploaded to a 'File Attachment' object is restricted.
Viewing and modifications to the restrictions can be managed directly in the web.config file
(We Recommend that you take a back-up copy of the web config file before making any changes)
In the web config file look for the following entry:
<add key="AttachmentFileType" value="avi|mov|mp2|mpeg|jpeg|jpg|gif|png|doc|docx|xls|xlsx|txt|pdf|pf|html|zip|xml|xlsm|psd|mp3|flv" />
Add or remove file types in the value section.
NOTE: After a software update it may be necessary to reset this line in the web config file.
