Complete the following steps to add a workflow stage: |
1.With an app loaded in the App Designer, click the button in the toolbar to switch to the Workflow view. 2.From the Toolbox, drag a Stage object into the diagram. 3.In Stage Properties, enter a logical name for the stage. This is the name that will be shown to users on the Dashboard and in any reporting on the app. Items to note: oIf this is the first stage on your diagram, the Is Default Stage box is already checked. oIf this stage represents an end point for the workflow, check the Is Closed Stage box. 4.Enter a description in the Description field. This text is simply a visual cue to the designer and will display in the details area of the Stage object on the diagram. |
