Once you have built, saved, and published an app, you may fill in a few app instances and review the data (to do this in draft mode see Testing Your App Using Draft Instances).

This is only possible for users with a Full User or Basic User license. Non licensed users can also interact with apps to create new and view existing instances using links provided by designers, administrators or by the app's Workflow logic. |
